Large Thermoforming Plastic cover for air conditioning

The large Thermoforming Process starts with a flat sheet of plastic, usually made of materials like ABS, polycarbonate, or acrylic. The sheet is heated until it reaches its forming temperature, which can range from 250 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the sheet is heated, it is transferred to a forming station where it is pressed against a mold or placed over a vacuum chamber.

In the case of pressure forming, the heated sheet is pressed against the mold using a combination of air pressure and mechanical force. After the plastic has cooled and solidified, it is removed from the mold, and any finishing touches, such as trimming or drilling holes, are done. The final product is then ready for use or further processing, such as painting or assembly.
